You retain rights in content you submit and grant Omnicat permission to host, display and process it as needed to operate and protect the service.

5. Reports and enforcement

Use available report and block tools. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users or comply with law. Explain the actual review and appeal process before launch.

6. Service and liability

Features may change. Omnicat cannot guarantee another user's identity, intentions or conduct. Use appropriate caution when communicating or meeting people. Final governing law, dispute and liability clauses require legal review.
